SPONSORSHIP: THE NAME GAME

We understand the value of sponsorships in both the flat and jump racing games and we know that the English and Irish are big fans as well.  The folks across yonder pond seemed determined to stick somebody’s name on every race whether it’s a group stakes or a “handicap.”

Sometimes, things get a little carried away such as the  “The Download Coral Mobile From The App Store Handicap Stakes.

Seriously, we aren’t making that up.

  1. There are few changes in life that merit this kind of thinking. The closest I can think of is Obamacare.
